Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Apex Logic, we strive to deliver exceptional digital products and services. Because the nature of our offerings is predominantly digital (SaaS products, web development services, automation solutions, and API integrations), our refund policy is tailored accordingly.

2. SaaS Products & Digital Subscriptions

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the product.
  • Refund requests after the 14-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Recurring subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • If a product has a free trial period, no refund is applicable once the trial converts to a paid subscription and has been active for more than 14 days.

3. Custom Development Services

  • Deposits for custom web development, automation, or integration projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If the project has not yet begun, a full refund of the deposit will be issued upon request.
  • Milestone-based payments are refundable only for milestones that have not been delivered.
  • Disputes regarding delivered work will be handled through our revision process (up to 2 rounds of revisions are included).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your full name and email address associated with the purchase.
  • The GoPayFast transaction ID or order reference.
  • The product or service you wish to receive a refund for.
  • The reason for requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via GoPayFast.
  • GoPayFast processing fees are non-refundable.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.
  • No partial refunds are given for unused portions of the current billing cycle.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Products purchased during promotional or discounted pricing (unless otherwise stated).

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
