Apex Logic provides custom web development, automation, SaaS products, API integrations, and related digital services. Specific terms for individual projects are governed by separate agreements or statements of work.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All payments for SaaS products and services are processed securely via GoPayFast (gopayfast.com), a State Bank of Pakistan licensed payment gateway.
• Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, code, designs, and software—is the property of Apex Logic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code.
• Scrape or harvest data from the website without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Logic, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website integrates with third-party services including GoPayFast and Cloudflare. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Multan, Pakistan.
