1. Nature of Our Services
Apex Logic is an individually operated digital services and SaaS business based in Multan, Pakistan. All of our products and services are delivered electronically. This policy outlines how and when our digital products and services are delivered to you.
2. SaaS Products & Digital Access
- Instant Access: Upon successful payment via GoPayFast, you will receive immediate access to the purchased SaaS product or digital download.
- Account Credentials: Login credentials and product access links are delivered via the email address associated with your purchase.
- Delivery Time: Digital products are typically available within minutes of payment confirmation.
- Payment Verification: In rare cases, GoPayFast may take up to 24 hours to verify a payment. Access will be granted once payment is confirmed.
3. Custom Development Services
- Project Kickoff: After acceptance of a quote and receipt of the deposit, project work begins within 3–5 business days.
- Timeline: Estimated delivery timelines are agreed upon in the project proposal or statement of work. Typical timelines range from 2–8 weeks depending on project scope.
- Milestone Delivery: For larger projects, deliverables are provided in milestones. Each milestone is reviewed and approved before the next phase begins.
- Final Delivery: Completed projects are delivered via secure file transfer, GitHub repository access, or direct deployment to your hosting environment.
4. Automation & API Integration Services
- Automation workflows and API integrations are deployed directly into your environment (n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom infrastructure).
- Delivery includes full documentation and handover sessions.
- Typical delivery: 1–3 weeks from project start.
5. Subscription Renewals
- Subscription-based products renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).
- Access continues seamlessly upon successful renewal payment.
- If renewal payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues receiving your digital product or service, please contact us immediately:
- Check your spam/junk email folder for access credentials.
- Verify that the email address used during purchase is correct.
- Contact our support team — we aim to resolve all delivery issues within 24 hours.
7. Service Availability
- Our SaaS products are available 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.9%.
- Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via email.
- Custom development services operate during business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT.
8. International Customers
Since all products and services are delivered digitally, there are no geographical restrictions. Customers worldwide can access our services. Payments are processed via GoPayFast (supporting bank accounts, debit/credit cards, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and other Pakistani wallets).
